There are special situations in which the use of contraceptives is not only allowed, but obligatory. This applies to cases where a person's life needs to be protected.

The AIDS virus spreads through the sexual organs.  

 

First Example

The husband has contracted AIDS and mya come back home drunk.

The wife has to use a contraceptive to p[rotect herself from catching the disease.

 

Second Example

A wife may have been diagnosed as incapable of surviving another pregnancy.

The husband should use a contraceptive to protect her.

  Pregnancy may threaten the health of some women.
